My dad has a 240 DW5000. I used to use it in 1984. The only difference is that the rectangle with the thin red line that appears on yours is light yellow.

I absolutely love Casio, Citizen, and Chinese Micro-Brand/Homage watches. This watch is definitely on my list, I just picked up a summer daily, a Casio Edifice EFR-S108 in Tiffany Blue. My Casio Duro Batman also being one of my favorite weekend pieces with a $60 Stainless Steel Bracelet from Long Island Watch. I think I’ll keep my watches under $500 as I love quartz, with only one NH35 Steeldive Submariner in my collection. You can get remarkably well made watches for that price point. I’d like a Dan Henry 1972 and this Casio S100, probably be my top two favorites.

My head is about to explode trying to figure out how to get the digital time off 24 hour time. I have no clue.

i got my brand new gw-b5600, i charged it under a sun rays between 08.00 until 13.00 and the battery indicator showed half in the gshock connected app, but when i used and then recently checked it again in the gshock app, the battery indicator showed the battery was low again whereas when evening the bar showed that the battery was still half. so my question, does the battery drained that quickly, or do i need a few days to charge it under the sun rays to fully charge it?

Lots of fakes in tictac. I got fake casio 218H and fake casio 2100 of the tictac. Buyer beware.

In the all new rangeman, there is the lack of the gps navigation, not chuffed that they didnt include that... in the GPRH1000 :( makes me sad.... i dont want to get a garmin.... :(

Recently got me a GPW-2000 in Olive Drab. Thank you so much for making this video (and a downloadable guide).

I have had the same watch for about 10 years now. Unfortunately recently I dropped it on a tile floor and broke the glass. Fortunately, I just visited Tokyo, Japan and went to the Citizen headquarters and they took it in for repair. Gonna take 6 weeks though and will have to have it sent to me in Canada but only cost my $170 for replacement glass and a new battery/capacitor and full check up. Great watch and look forward to wearing it again.
